Online Cleaning
Online Cleaning is a differentiated offering that allows customers to continue to run their process while their water passages are cleaned. This is a proprietary process using patented cleaning equipment. The process allows for cleaning of equipment that is critical to efficiency of production.
Water Conditioning Equipment
Typically the major issue in process efficiency loss is due to the buildup of corrosion byproducts or scale formation from ions in the process water. This is typically due to improper water treatment chemistry control or poor makeup water quality. In either case AIOS has solved these problems to minimize downtime, improve quality and reduce rework and cleaning costs. This is done with reconditioning skids or other water conditioning equipment.
Consulting
AIOS offers water treatment consulting and site assessments of water treatment systems. AIOS focuses on results around corrosion and scale formation in the critical equipment at our customer sites. We are not a water treatment chemical supplier but rather a non biased third party which will give a full assessment with facts and data from your systems. In addition, we will focus on ROI and cost savings projects that will help reduce costs at your site and improve operation.
